Gavran means country-style, and that is exactly the taste we aim for in our Gavran Misal - an earthy, robust misal with a dark, deeply spiced rassa inspired by village Maharashtrian kitchens.
If you grew up eating misal at a village mela or a roadside hotel on the way to Kolhapur or Nashik, this bowl will feel familiar: bold masala, a proper kick, and the comfort of soft pav to mop it all up.

What makes gavran misal different?
Compared with city-style misal, gavran misal leans on a coarser, darker masala and a thinner, spicier rassa. It is less about toppings and more about the depth of the spice blend. Expect a smoky, slightly sharp heat that builds as you eat.
You can control the fire yourself - ask for the rassa on the side and pour as you like, or add extra rassa from the cart popup.
Gavran, Puneri or Special?
Not sure which misal to pick? Try the Special Misal for the loaded all-rounder, the Puneri Misal for a tangier, curd-friendly style, or the Gavran for pure rustic heat.
