What we collect

When you register or order we collect your name, email, mobile number, delivery address and precise location (only when you allow it at checkout), plus your order history. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.

How we use it

To accept and deliver your orders, send receipts and order updates, process payments, prevent fraud and improve our service. We use your precise location only to check that you are within our delivery area, to calculate the delivery fee and to help the delivery partner reach you.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank credentials.

Sharing

We share the minimum needed with service providers (payment gateway, email delivery, cloud hosting and database) and with the delivery partner for your order. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can update your name and mobile number in your account, and ask us to delete your account and data by calling or emailing us. You can withdraw location permission in your browser settings at any time (delivery orders need it).

Cookies

We use a secure login cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage to remember your cart and location on your device.
